It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of our beloved first-and second-grade teacher, Mrs. Patti Kooi. It is difficult, if not impossible to sum up all the lives she has touched in her 43 years of Lutheran Ministry, 41 years here at St. John’s Lutheran Church & School. Mrs. Kooi will always be remembered as a teacher who dedicated her life to sharing the love of Jesus with everyone she met but most importantly to her students.
