The LWML Lakeshore Zone Board has planned for individuals and small groups to retreat into God’s Word with the theme “In Changing Times: Jesus Is the Same!” and it’s based on Hebrews 13:8. The St. John’s group will meet 9:30 -11:30 a.m. Oct. 3 in the Social Hall.

Families and staff members participated in the annual prayer event, See You at the Pole, on Sept. 23. Thank you to everyone who participated. It was a beautiful time of prayer.

You are invited to join staff, students and parents for the annual prayer event, See You at the Pole, at 7:15 a.m. Sept. 23 in our parking lot. Participants are asked to stand in a parking space and observe COVID-19 safety precautions.

One of our prayers and goals as a church is for St. John's Lutheran Church & School members to continually grow their relationship with Christ, and that we continually work to provide resources for that maturity.

Submission to God and His will can be challenging, but today we pray that we do so like David. (See 1 Samuel 24 & 26.)

Onward, Christian soldiers! “Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” (Ephesians 6:10-11)
